Cloudy pale yellow, huge white head of course. Citrusy, appley, slight banana nose. A bit raw in aroma overall. Flavour is very fresh, with notes of citrus, apple and a vanilla undertone in the finish. Body is quite thin for a Hefeweizen. This is a one refreshing sample of the style, with a short finish. Tall snow white head on a cloudy yellow body. Mild aroma of yeast and wheat with tones of banana. Wheaty and yeasty flavor. Notes of citrus and apple. Nothing special but fresh.
Hazy pale yellow, with a nice head. Aroma from lime, yeast and banana. Flavor starts with caramel, and also offers grapefruit, citrus and yeast. Fruity finish. rlgk (18850) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 14, 2004

Tatoverede Enke, Copenhagen. Clovey, banana esters in the aroma and flavour, very soft, round mouthfeel, a very tasty German wheat.
Hazy yellow color with a white head. The taste is wheaty, yeasty and slight bitter and watery. DanielBrown (4502) - Birmingham (via Leicester), West Midlands, ENGLAND - DEC 15, 2003
From a bottle at the Frankfurt Xmas Pub, Birmingham. Repressed sweetness, contained within a very wheaty, cakey flavour. This is certainly a hell weisse bier, with a pale, lemony colour, although the thick chunks of yeast did their best to avoid being mixed at all, instead resting on the bottom of the glass, making the bottom of the drink almost see through. Tasty, ut not outstanding example of the style. JorisPPattyn (10005) - Ursel, BELGIUM - AUG 1, 2003
Pale yellow, greenish shine. Very thick white head. Nose with banana, cloves, citrus, somehow a little coriander too. Very slight bitterness, even tartness in the taste, on top of a fruity (banana), wheaty & sweet-malt base. Rather light bodied, creamy mouthfeel. An avarage Weizen. Nothing bad, nowhere great. Very light and cloudy. Lemon and clove aroma but few special flavor.

The aroma is a very clean sweet wheat aroma. The color is an unclear pale yellow and it has a fine but fast disappearing head. The flavor is very light lemon like with a light wheat touch. A nice wheat beer - not too sour.
