smell: irony, sweet, yeast, pilsner, honey, malts
taste: start is soury bitter and irony malts, second comes a tiny bit smokeyness followed with oranges , end is grapy, bitter and dry , aftertaste is earthy, hopy, not bad ...
Bottle, 75cl corked, courtesy of plovmand. A clear, golden beer with a huge, rapidly diminishing off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with some vinous notes. Dry, full-bodied and well carbonated. The flavor is malty, fruity and with a certain spicyness. Some alcohol too. Fruity finish with some spicyness. Not a bad beer, not at all, but for a beer made to celebrate 100 years, it’s not where it should be. 100814 Christian (13769) - Odense, DENMARK - OCT 26, 2010

Bottle, 6.8%. Weak citric aroma, perhaps a bit of Brett. Almost clear golden colour. Frothy white head, like soap bubbles. The flavour is nicely malty with a good Brett note. Good! But a little dry finish. KimJohansen (10511) - Frederiksberg C, DENMARK - AUG 14, 2010

UPDATED: OCT 28, 2010 Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Plovmand. Pours a clear amber with a huge and rough off-white head that dissipates almost completely. Sweet and fruity nose, some tart and astringent yeastiness. Medium body, excessive carbonation, fruit and Belgian yeast with a tart edge. No bitterness. 140810 Plovmand (8584) - Grindsted, DENMARK - AUG 14, 2010
Fantastic looking bottle. It poured light hazy deep golden with a medium white head. Very sweet spicy mallty flavour with notes of spicy yeast and lots of caramel. Very nice.
