Bei diesem Bier ist ein blumiger Geruch wahrzunehmen. Ein recht würziges Bier, im Mittelteil noch malzig süß, im Nachgeschmack dann eher etwas erdig. Also irgendwie ist das Bier schon ok, wobei mir der etwas eigene Nachgeschmack nicht wirklich bekommt. Test vom 17.11.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,8,10,7,9,9 - 8,70

Clear copper colour, white head. Aroma rather restrained, but very nice. Floral and citrus hops on a malt base. Quite sweet, quite pronounced honey and some caramel. Flavour is malty, nice bitter hops tones, citrus fruits, honey. Very balanced. Finish bit bitter with citrus tones.

bouteille, brun/ambre, mousse beige/rousse Arome de maïs, malt cara et qcq fruits, orge et sucre, maïs donne ce côté trop doux, un peu de malt torréfié. Pas mauvais mais vraiment mon idée d’une pale ale que je pensais être un peu plus amer.
