SkillsFactory (739) - ITALY - APR 19, 2015

This beer is certainly not bad, but it is not something special either. Just good beer.

On tap. Average white head, clear ligth amber colour. Aroma is fruity (peach) and toasted malt. Complex taste, fruity, peach, with sweetness but sour cheesy lactic notes. Full body and high carbonation. Fruity cheesy aftertaste, not very pleasant after several sips.

a rare taste of genuine dry hopping; impressive! used to be BULLDOG; but the successor has largely out mastered its origins. best ever since brewed in belgium!

A dark yellow, clear beer with a somewhat gray layer of foam. A nice sour aroma on the background. It taste somewhat bitter-sour, but it is not unpleasant. The aftertaste looks a bit like the taste of licorice.
