Amber coloured, firm head. Sweet hoppy aroma. Quite bitter flavour, like an English Pale should be. Pleasant thirst-quenching beer.

Very unusual Belgian that I really enjoyed..................................

Bottled, in a café in Brugge, Belgium.
A classic pale ale. Crystal clear brown with a smooth silky mouth feel. The enjoyment of this beer is derived mainly from satin mouth feel rather then from original or complex flavours.

Dorqui (2261) - Brescia, ITALY - NOV 23, 2004
Malty. Intense foam. Very hop. It has a strong and aromatic but not exceptional taste. A lot in the nose is felt. Good persistence.

jamaty (2258) - Madrid, SPAIN - JUN 17, 2015
Color ámbar. Abundante espuma blanca poco consistente. Aroma lupulizado floral. Cuerpo medio. El conjunto es dulce, con bastante de naranja también, y caramelo, para dejar un final bastante seco y algo amargo.

Swaroga (2224) - Warszawa, POLAND - NOV 5, 2011
33cl bottle. Pours a brown wood, clear with eggshell small head. Nose : cherry, plums, caramelized malts. Smoked and whisky notes. Sip : Oily with a small carbonation. Little sweet followed by coffee bitterness which I find amusing since it’s a pale beer. Caramel and dried fruits are still present. Honestly it’s a surprising beer. From taste I would say it’s more of a typical brown brown.

150712: Golden beer with a beige foam. Sweet dark malty caramel flavor. No bitterness. Very mysterious almost cinnamon and wood flavors.
