On tap at Marzoni’s. Light fruity aroma with sharp grassy-herbal hop notes. Little sweetness. Hazy rich butterscotch amber with thin head. Medium body with medium-high carbonation. Starts medium dry with wheat and apricot flavor, carbonic acidity. Fruity flavor attenuates at the end. Dry chalky-yeasty notes with pronounced bitterness in the after. A bit too hoppy for a fruit wheat but nice apricot flavor. FROTHINGSLOSH (8142) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 30, 2010
UPDATED: JUL 26, 2011 Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a murky yellow color with a large white head that lingered and produced some lacing. The aroma was strong sweet apricot . The flavor was strong sweet apricot with a light dry wheaty undertone and faint hints of nut and bread. The finish was long with sweet apricot lingering. Fairly full bodied. Excellent.
