At the brewpub. Strong aroma and flavor of bubble gum and other sweet fruits. Light hops and sugary finish. A decent version in a place that's far from Belgium in both place and culture.

Kentucky Fried Charleston Trip Beer #140. Draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear copper color with a medium sized creamy tan head. Fair head retention. Aroma of stone fruits, pale malts, earthy hops. Disjointed. The taste is tart fruits, yeast, herbal hops. Thin-medium bodied, mild booze. OldGrowth (3474) - the Containment Area, North Carolina, USA - NOV 7, 2012

on tap-pours a disappearing white head and yellow/gold color. Aroma is rock candy, caramel, yeast, perfumy. Taste is rock candy, caramel, clove, nutmeg, spices, yeast, medium fruit, syrupy. OK effervescence. Occasional. NachlamSie (3504) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JAN 30, 2007
Draught. Pours on the darker side of a clear golden hue without much of a head that can be found in this style. The aroma is big and sweet. I found notes of bananas, bubblegum, crackers. . . Flavor is quite full with plenty of banana and cream taste. A mild, spiced finish like corriander or maybe even carroway plays second fiddle to the robust fruity notes. You know, this might be a notch too sweet, but still enjoyable enough.
