From tap at the Marriot hotel in Plzen. Pours clear and golden deep orange to amber with a slowly diminishing light tan head. Aroma is solid breadish with a mild spice accent. Flavour starts dry and breadish, light fruity too. Turns slowly towards a more spiced and bitter flavour but not loosing the breadish dry flavours. Ends malt flavoured with a bit of sweetnes showing through. Ungstrup (38958) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUL 4, 2009

On tap at Zach’s pub, Plzen. Beautiful amber colour. Some ashtray, but decent malts, some sweetness. I rather like this. Reminds me of a session bitter. Slight bitterness on end. Bit of toffee. Just this toastiness that I like.
