UPDATED: AUG 24, 2014 355ml bottle purchased and consumed in the Czech Republic. Clear amber body is capped by a modest but durable off-white head. The aroma is sweet, with light and medium toasted malts and a faint herbal-spicy hop background. Has an unexpectedly rich chocolate malt flavor, with a striking chocolate note in the excellent finish. Palate: Creamy; excellent carbonation; medium body. O - a super-tasty and smooth Czech amber. Highly recommended.

Taste is dry and fresh. Lightly toasted, slight peppery caramelly malts, with a late sourness. Mildly hopped. Crisp mouthfeel. Fresh malty ending. Good stuff.
