Consumed in Na Spilce, Plzen (but was it draught or from bottle?). This was the beer tasting bonus from the Plzen underground tourist tour. Aroma has malts. Taste is somewhat sweet. Looks great. I wasn’t thrilled about this one. SeniorZozo (1863) - Budapest, HUNGARY - JUN 10, 2014

Sweet malts & caramel with toasted malts & a subtle, spicy aroma. Medium strength toffee as well as some sugar & touches of vanilla. Beerenberger (1605) - Fischer, Texas, USA - SEP 30, 2014
Aroma of malt with some caramel notes rise from a dark amber pour. Lasting white head and volumes of lacing. The taste has a strong pilsner backbone combined with more malty notes. Medium body and medium carbonation. Overall, refreshing and very drinkable. iowaherkeye (2703) - Ocean Beach, San Diego, California, USA - SEP 27, 2015

From tap at the Marriot hotel in Plzen. Pours clear and golden deep orange to amber with a slowly diminishing light tan head. Aroma is solid breadish with a mild spice accent. Flavour starts dry and breadish, light fruity too. Turns slowly towards a more spiced and bitter flavour but not loosing the breadish dry flavours. Ends malt flavoured with a bit of sweetnes showing through. Ungstrup (37677) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUL 4, 2009
Draft. An amber beer with a huge light yellow head. The aroma is sweet with notes of dust, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of malt and caramel, combined with lighter notes of dust and burnt caramel, leading to a dry bitter finish. Tap at Na Spilce. Colour clear amber. Head huge creamy yellowish white. Aroma caramel malat and saaz. Taste very balanced, light hoppy bitter, light to medium honey caramel malty sweet. Nice smooth finish, saaz bitter with hints of caramel. Very drinkable, Mainuh_man (291) - NETHERLANDS - JUL 12, 2014
0.33L bottle. Pours a clear amber with frothy white head that dissipates quickly. Mild but pleasant malt aromas. Honey, nut, bread. Mildy sweet up front, but quickly transitions to herby hop flavor (likely saaz). Finishes with a noteable, but still mild hop bitter that eventually grows to dominate the aftertase. Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and sharp (but average) carbonation. Overall, a very quafable beer. Nice aromas and some decent hop character to balance off the malt.
