Amber colour and almost no foam. It smells malty. The taste is sweet, malty and like caramel. Soft carbonation. Increasing sourness in the finish. Medium body and a bit oily. There is a slight bitterness in the background. Unusual style of beer, but quite drinkable. madmitch76 (24791) - , Essex, ENGLAND - APR 22, 2015

Bottle share at Leighton’s Stratoflat. Clear amber beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry with mild fine carbonation. Bready malts. Traces of marmalade and floralness. Light semi dry finish. Not bad!
Bottle share, thanks to Fergus for the new style tick. Clear amber orange, lightly sparkling, small foamy off-white head, sparse lacing. Aroma is bready, rye, molasses. Body is medium, a little foamy, low carbonation. Taste has light toffee malts, warm water, soft citrus. Decent malty stuff. Derbeth (936) - Kraków, POLAND - DEC 25, 2016
Draught. Copper colour, nice frothy head that stays long. Aroma of grassy hops, some caramel. Medium bitterness, light sweetness. Nothing spectacular, but I like the hoppy character. duff (5484) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 16, 2007

Parkanu, Plzen. Quite sweet, with a caramelly malt sweetness. Felt a bit flat and lifeless and definitely on the sweet side. Some bitter hos in the finish make it quite pleasant though. Quite drinkable.
Tap at the pils urquell tap place. Alround rating: Malty amber ale, easy drinking enough, but could do with less carb and alcohol. Marko (5698) - Split / Zagreb, CROATIA - JUL 5, 2008
RBESG, on tap at na Parkanu, alongside (iirc) Per, Barak and Patrik. This one belonged to Per I think so a thanks goes to him. Poured an amber-red body with an off white head. Caramel and dust in the nose. Mollases?. Somewhat watery caramelly taste, chewy hops near the end but not all that big. Ok, nothing else. Marsiblursi (3076) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 6, 2008
(Draught) Pours copper amber. The aroma is medium malty, light fruity, light syrupy and light spicy with light hoppy notes of grass and mild resin. The flavour is of bread-like malt and grassy/spicy hops. Bit syrupy and fruity. The mouthfeel is creamy and quite clean. Medium bodied. DSG (14784) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - AUG 9, 2008
UPDATED: MAR 11, 2012 Re-rate 3/10/12: Bottle sample at a tasting at kerenmk’s place. Thanks beerandbeyond. A few months past it’s BBD. Amber-colroed. Aroma of malt, caramel and cardboard. Sweet and stale flavor with a bit of spicy alcohol. Light to medium-bodied. Not so nice. Too old - not calculated. 4/3/3/2/6=1.8

Appearance deep amber with proper large creamy top. Some lace is shown. 3+
Flavor and Palate : Medium full bodied. Malt oriented. I would call rather sweet. Not very complex but decently brewed.
