This Italian wheat beer is brewed with the oldest known cereal Farro, It is a bright hazy beer with coarse frothy appearance. Aroma is light wheat malt, not on the German style with a little fatter and cereals fresh shape, but rather the Belgian style with a little light shape which also notes of citrus appears. The taste is a little citrus and slightly sweet malt flavor that just balances the tangy citrus flavor which is the main theme of this beer. It is a thirst-quenching wheat beer and it does not evoke the greatest enthusiasm in me, but nevertheless might yield greater pleased with me if the time of the enjoyment was more right. More right would, for me, probably must be a warm summer evening where the predominant citrus sour aftertaste certainly would be better.

Bottle. 5.6%. Best before 04.11.17. Pours a hazy/milky pale-ish straw yellow, with a diminishing white head. Slight lacing. Tart, bordering sour, aroma. Light citrus. Overripe fruit. Light alcohol note as it warms. Flavour is citrus hops, wheat, overripe fruit and a hint of plastic. Somewhat grainy, tart finish. Dry, mildly bitter. Wheat. Lingering citrusy note, taking on a hint of orange as it warms. Overall okay, if nothing special. Too heavy on the overripe fruit. 24.12.16.
