huineman (688) - Madrid, SPAIN - MAY 6, 2017
50 cl bottle. Pours cloudy pale golden. Rocky, long-lasting white head. Aroma is quite low: citrus, white flowers, some eucalyptus leaf, some biscuit. Mouth is fizzy, medium-bodied and fresh. Mildly long finish with a hint of bitterness.

Ungstrup (37322) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 3, 2016
Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head The aroma has notes of straw, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, lemons, and wet hay, leading to a dry finish.

GoufCustom (1980) - HONG KONG - SEP 16, 2016

500 ml bottle with mini-booklet bought at Jon’s Jamon’s booth at HKCEC in Wan Chai during HKTDC Food Expo 2016.

Clear golden honey colour with a a cloud of misty yeast particles; Explosive three finger head with long lasting crumpety white foam; Excellent sticky lacing with very fizzy carbonation; Fragment aroma of light malt, with strong wheaty tartness, banana, oranges, light vanilla, floral, sugar, cloves, spices, bread, strong yeast, light lemon and light grass; Mid to light sweet taste of fair malt, with strong wheatyness, fair tartness, light banana, light phenolic, floral, molasses, light cloves, spices, bread, strong yeast, light lemon, light bitter hops and grass; Mid to light body. Quite slick and smooth palate; Mouth feel is fair maltyness in a slick and slightly creamy background. Strong wheaty taste with light tartness. Notable light banana with light floral and cloves. Fair sweetness and breadyness with light lemon to round. Pretty refreshing!... Hoppiness is light lemon in grass in nose and taste; Bitterness is light for a lasting, low astringent wheaty finish; Quite dry after taste. Smooth and easy to mouth.

Comments: This is a pretty well-made Hefeweiss, with good looks, wheaty and estery aroma and fairly spicy phenolic taste. Not as dry as German weissbiers but it did the thirst quenching job just fine. Nice one!

josanguapo (1626) - SPAIN - MAR 18, 2016
From Alcampo. In Bavaria glass. Watching True Detective 2x03-04. Halfway between a hefeweizen and a witbier. Not much good on nose but good enough on mouth. Some acidity that doesnt bother much. Plesant and very easy to drink.

La presentan como estilo Weizenbier, pero todavía no sé de que lugar. Una y no más
