hrabren (1175) - Zagreb, CROATIA - OCT 13, 2016
Tasting at Višnja 666’s place. Shared with Goran, Višnja and Marko. Thanks Višnja for bringing this from Prague! Big bottle. Clear light golden, small off-white head. Elderberry, floral and citrus aromas. Light dry with light bitter finish. Light body, medium carbonation, watery texture, light finish. Nice aroma, a little to carbonated. Should be an American Session Pale Ale, otherwise it is to light and in any case it lacks character.

Lore (2671) - Budapest, HUNGARY - OCT 1, 2016
gift from Kapusil - many thanks! hazy yellow colour, huge, off-white head; aroma of grapefruit, orange zest, floral notes, bread, maybe some tangerine, too; taste of bread, biscuit, minimal honey notes, grapefruit, orange zest oils and tropical fruits; very good, very refreshing beer

Thanks Višnja & Goran! Shared with Hrabren and them. Pale yellow-golden body with a small white head. Elderflower aroma, herbal, light dry maltiness, not bad but a bit subdued. Citric herbal notes in the taste, medium herbal bitterness, light elder again. Overcarbonated yet again, but generally a good beer, it’s exactly what it says it is, a 9° APA. And likely the best 9° beer ever made in ČR.

On tap. Bright golden color, clear liquid, white head. Smell of spice and citrus. Aroma of bread and citrus. Problem is the taste, which is watery and bland. Good for what it is (9°), but not pleasant at all.

0,2l from tap at LifeHouse, Nitra. light yellow hazy color, small white head. smells very nicely fruity, elder flowers, light herbs. nice smell. light body, soft carbonation, bit watery mouthfeel. tastes citric, elder flowers again, light herbs, lightly yeasty, spices, but peppery. finishes lightly bitter with some yeast, elder flowers and citric notes. good one, nice and refreshing, nice balance.

Na vycape v Lifehouse Nitra. Slamena farba, biela hustejsia pena celkom drzi, kruzkuje. Vona dost slaba, citit citrusy, neviem to presne identifikovat. Chut je kamen urazu. Nevyrazna, telo skoro prazdne citit citrusy jemne. Najviac asi citron, trosku mozno grep. Horkost slabsia, na APU vsak fajn. Celkovo ma toto pivo nepresvedcilo, hlavne kvoli standardu, na ktory som pri Matuskovi zvyknuty.

tap in komin. Light golden with white long lasting head. Aroma is floral, citrus - grapefruit and tangerines. Taste is malty, bready, with lots of fruits. Oily texture, higher carbonation. Refreshing and surprisingly full for such low plato.

UPDATED: AUG 11, 2016 Keg at GBBF 2016. It pours clear yellow - gold with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, bready, green, grass, creamy, icing sugar, cucumber and herbs. The taste is crisp, dry, cracker, grass, mineral water, lemon rind, straw and foamy soda water with a firmly dry finish. Light - medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Simple, crisp and light - drinks easy.

UPDATED: AUG 5, 2016 Thanks Kapusil!! Very pale yella with big foamy head. Fresh flowery fruity aroma. Wet bitterness a really nicely hopped beer. Nice cereal maltiness, really balanced. Tastes like a hop intensive czech pils. Finish is grains and nice mild bitterness. A really sessionable beer (only 3.8%!). Great find.
