Intercontinental IPA. 15.9°

An excellent IPA by the Czech finest brewer. As always Matushka packs a perfect balance and great deal of flavor into a beer with a relatively low alcohol content.

Drank with Rik in Bratislava at Richtar Jakub 08-02-2017. Quite neutral, not bad but not impressive.

Draft Third of a Pint at GBBF 2014, Olympia, London Aug 2014 - Orangey Amber in colour. Hazy. Good head. Good lacing. Very Fruity; grapefruit and orange citrus. Hoppy; resinous hops; not aggressively hopped. Malty; biscuity malts, caramel. Dry. Mildly bitter citrus fruity hoppy and dry throughout. Very drinkable. Nice well balanced IPA! (2014-08-16)

Beczka. Barwa z?ota, klarowne. Piana drobna obfita. Aromat owoców tropikalnych. W smaku lekko s?odowe, goryczka rzywiczna na poziomie niskim. Piwo nisko nasycone wodniste.

Tap at Prague Beer Museum: Clear golden colored brew with an intense dry bitter taste, very zesty hints of lemon, grapefruit and other citrusfruits.

6.3 On tap at Funus, Bratislava. Dark gold to orange color, almost clear but also seen cloudy, maybe depends on the keg. Big creamy white head, persistent. Fresh fuity and resin smell. Full malty aroma, syrup, and some sugar, packed with loads of resiny hops providing tropical fruit pineapple, pine and grapefruit. Taste has a great curve and well balanced, light salty. Nice bitterness in the finish. Thick body oily texture. Soft, smooth very long aromatic finish. Alcohol level is perfect, not too strong and does not burn. Excellent west coast stuff from Matuska.

LakatosKE (617) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - AUG 23, 2016
0.75 bottle. Clear golden, higher white head which quickly disappeared. Aroma is citrusy and malty. Taste of malt, resins, peppery and hidden citrus. Medium carbonation, oily texture, drinkable. I do somehow remember this to be better

hrabren (1529) - Zagreb, CROATIA - AUG 12, 2016
Almost clear golden with small off-white head. Faint hoppy, needs more hops. Soapy, herbal, herb liquor. Light, lacks body, soft-medium carbonation. Not in style. Bad batch maybe?
