COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Intercontinental IPA. 15.9°

On tap at the Euston Tap. Very hazy light brown beer. Lovely soft white creamy head. Softish palate. Big soft caramel malt base. Mild but fresh citrussy orange hop underneath. Lovely mouthfeel on this beer - feels really fresh. Finishes soft and semi dry witha trace of honey sweetness. Just a hint of hop bitterness in the aftertaste. If the fresh hop factor could be turned up a few notches I think this beer would be low to mid 4s for me.

Leighton (22056) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 9, 2010
Draft at the Euston Tap, London. Pours a lightly hazy, dark gold with a strong, creamy white head. Aroma seems a bit weak. Some soggy, earthen hops, light, caramel malt notes. Flavor is lightly sweet with an odd bitterness. Not bad, mind you, but...odd. Some notes of nuts and yeast, too. Medium bodied with fine, creamy carbonation. Finishes with some more perceptible hops of the earthy variety, along with more caramelish maltiness. Decent and interesting.
