Chocolate and cinnamon aromas are present. Dark black color with minimal tan foam. The taste is sweet up front which gives way to mild bitterness and has some very light lingering spice to it. The body is a little thin but slick on the palate dreadnord (1012) - San Diego, California, USA - MAY 23, 2013

Can. The look is dark, black in color, with a tannish head. The smell is coffee, malts, dried cherries, pepper, roast, and fruit. The taste is malt, chocolate, spice, and ok. WheatKing (1338) - Phnom Penh, CAMBODIA - JAN 16, 2014
Can. Couldn’t get my mouth around the name so I just called it "Hakuna Matata". hope that’s ok. Pours black, tan head. Nose is licorice, spicy pepper, dark chocolate. Flavour has a bit of dusty coffee, choc, pepper comes through on the finish but not too spicy at all, smooth mouthfeel (which seems a given for all stouts poured from cans). Nice, these guys do non-traditional ingredients quite well imho. RumRunner101 (918) - Alberta, CANADA - JAN 18, 2014
Near black pour with tan head. Aroma is chocolate chip cookie dough, licorice. Flavour has dark chocolate, licorice, and on the finish some pepper and cinnamon spice. Little bit of Belgian influence. Nice blend.

Pours pitch black with a large thick foamy brown head. Aroma of roasty malts, spices, hints of ash, cocoa and dark chocolate. Taste is smooth, sweetish, slightly roasty and spicy with a touch of cocoa, cinnamon and yeast. Finish is smooth, sweetish and slightly ashy with hints of roastiness and spices. Decent, a bit unbalanced spicy stout.
Can, Cave, Glasgow. Poured a dark brown colour with with a medium tan head. Nose was chocolate, roast, cinnamon. Roasted malts, dark fruit, more choc, and spices present in the flavour. Quite lively carbonation. A little on the thin side for a stout. Drinkable and not without some character but ultimately a bit underwhelming. Karstenborg (1078) - Hasselager, DENMARK - MAR 17, 2014
