UPDATED: AUG 25, 2013 Pours dark with a brownish head that dissipates after a bit. The carbonation propels the aroma of chocolate, toasted malts, and spices. The taste is similar: chocolate, toasted malts, spices, cinnamon, and faintly coffee. Palate is somewhat thinner than I expected giving it a "dry stout" kind of feel. Overall, it’s easy drinking and the aroma and taste upfront are interesting/different. crajun (1259) - , Texas, USA - JUN 17, 2013
high marks for aroma and appearance - aroma has many things - nice chocolate, coffee, maybe smoke or roasted. dark dark pour. palate is thin for style/ what aroma is like. too much carbonation in taste. this would be better with much lower carbonation - still good, slightly creamy - vanilla, with all of the aromas in taste. good brew with much happening. Interesting blend of chocolate and chipotle. Wonderful aroma; better than the flavor. Crazy foamy at first. From a can into a pint/stout glass. Dogbrick (13547) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JUN 24, 2013
This beer pours a dark brownish-black color with a hint of ruby around the edges. Thick and foamy beige head that diminishes slowly. Patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of chocolate, malt and spices. Medium body with flavors of chocolate malt, sweet fruit, cinnamon and a touch of hops. The finish is sweet chocolate up front with a peppery spice aftertaste. Decent overall. Scopey (15431) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 20, 2013
Can from Hippo beers, Glasgow. It pours darkest brown with a small beige head. The nose is roasted malt, earth, coffee, salted caramel and dark chocolate. The taste is roasty, toast, coffee, cocoa, earth, mild acidity, light bitterness, light spice and oily with a dry, roasty finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Nice canned stout. Pretty drinkable.

Can at home from uto beer borough. Aroma is choc, crisp chalky dry Roasty and later there is pretty heavy soap aroma. Lightish body. Flavour is earthy dirt, smooth roast and dry chalky finish. Some bramble berry esters. Pretty good. harrisoni (19165) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - AUG 12, 2013
Can from Utobeer drunk at home. Black beer thick tan head. Intense tarry choccy aroma. It’s a drinkable stout. Good choc tar and intensity. Bit over fizzy maybe. Yep simple, choccy but very drinkable RichardGretton (4770) - Leicestershire, ENGLAND - SEP 3, 2013
Bottle. Black beer with a good but soon disappearing light brown head. The aroma is mildly roasted, and the flavour has some bitterness and a smooth roasted nature. Overall a good but basic stout like beer.

Can from Beverages4less, San Diego. Thanks Freddy! Black pour, tan head. Aroma is of roasted malts, quite spicy, some chocolate, tobacco and slightly peppery. Flavor is bitter roasted, smooth and spicy. A hint of afterburning chilies, but very subtle. Solid stout, but less exciting that the description on the can made me think it would be. bu11zeye (13140) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - NOV 6, 2013
(Draught) Pours a black body with a medium brown head. Aroma of anise, dates, raisins, and fennel. Flavor of raisins, anise, roasted malt, chocolate, cinnamon, and chipotle peppers.
