Draft at stone bistro. Pours a clear golden copper, with an off white head. This treatment is heavy on the bourbon and booze - vanilla, bourbon, oak, alcohol, toffee, a bit of brown sugar, and notes of dried fruit. Pretty decent beer, but a sipper. brokensail (16449) - Dublin, California, USA - AUG 12, 2013
On tap @ 38 Degrees/The Full Pint 6th. Muddy brownish-amber pour with no head. Nose is quite pleasant up front with vanilla, oak, caramel, and dark fruits. Some hints of maple as well. The flavor is a complete 180. Watery, thin, and full of green apple. Booze, a bit of caramel, tannic oak, flat, and some plastic.
