COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our lightest beer, made from 100% malted barley. This blonde lager is what sailors really swam to shore for; its light, with very little bitterness and a slight malt finish.

Keykeg at the Euston Tap, London. Not a bad helles lager but totally and utterly uninspiring, certainly for an import price. Were talking a slight malt sweetness with a hint of citrus sharpness on the nose, with definite sweetness on the palate all through tasting. Its not an unpleasant beer but there are so many better ones out there Id avoid it unless youre on some mad box-ticking adventure. Blah.

12 ounce can into lager glass, canned on 5/5/2017. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, light honey, herbal, light pepper, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance of pale malt and light-moderate earthy hop notes; with good strength. Taste of cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, light honey, herbal, light pepper, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, light honey, herbal, light pepper, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness and balance of pale malt and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying flavors after the finish. Lightly drying from bitterness as well. Very clean on lager flavors, with minimal yeast notes present. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and lightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.2%. Overall this is a delicious Helles. All around nice robustness and balance of pale malt and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth, clean, and refreshing to drink. Very flavorful for the ABV. Nice clean pils malt showcase, with just enough earthy hops to balance. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Can at Paisley Beer Festival. Slight sweetness and honey lingering in the background, losing some of the crisp-bitter stuff. Very easy drinking, not massively to my taste though.

Pale yellow pour, thin white head. Hint of urine in the flavor combined with heavy carbonation. Repurposed bud light?

Pours a light gold with a somewhat fizzy, eggshell head. Aroma of apples and grain. Thin and spritzy on the tongue, cereal and corn. Not awful but very boring.

Golden yellow color with minimal white head. Grassy hop aroma. Medium body, slightly buttery mouthfeel. More grassy hops on the palate with hint of sweetness in the cereal grain malt flavor profile. A well-crafted Helles lager

Canned. Pours a hazy golden beer with a small white head on top. Aroma is very malty, honey, sugary wort, grains. Flavor is very sweet as well, has some cardboardy notes in there, but the malt bill overpowers the lesser qualities of this beer. Quite refreshing, yet quite sweet. Low in carbonation, sweet in aftertaste. Quite nice.
