Pours yellow with a tiny head. Aroma of yeast, earthy notes, spices, wheat and hints of fruits. Taste is yeasty and earthy with notes of spices, fruits and barnyard. Finish is slightly bitter and malty. Decent, quite yeasty and spicy witbier.
This beer is a hazy straw color with a medium foamy white head that diminishes slowly. Small sticky patches of lacing. The aroma consists of citrus, wheat and yeast. Light-bodied with flavors of yeast, bready malt and sweet fruit. The finish is fruity with some sweet spice in the aftertaste. Decent Wit overall. flip_soeperman (880) - NETHERLANDS - SEP 17, 2012
The aroma of vanilla? is quite overpowering, but does give it some warmth that is quite nice. Interesting perfumated white. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - SEP 15, 2012

Fairly typical wit aroma - fair amount of wheatiness, slightly citrussy. The more pronounced parts of the retronaslas are quite similar to some of our simas in places - quite zesty. Oddly, if you pay attention to it, you’ll get some alcohol too, which is odd off a wit. Taste is, to be honest, a bit of a let down. Until you remember this is just a wit, and most wits are as dull as dishwater. The coriander comes over more in the taste, and there’s a strange coconut thing going on with the citrus too. A bit watery and fizzy, and summer’s over. Finish does at least have a hopy and zesty bite to remind you you’ve drunk something. Alas it also reminds me I drank something as dull as dishwater. Technically I can’t flaw it, it’s a good wit. But not a good beer.
Can from Salling, Aarhus. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, yeasty, citrus and coriander. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Light dry and light bitter finish. 040912 dantheman278 (1361) - SCOTLAND - SEP 2, 2012
Can at home. Opaque murky yellow, thick fluffy white head fades to nothing. Light spiced fruits, touch of yeasty lemon on the nose. Soft sweet wit malt character, touch of bubblegum, spicy estery character, lemon detergent character(!?), soft spicy juicy linger. OK. Beersiveknown (5284) - NORTHERN IRELAND - AUG 31, 2012
