355ml can from Drink Shop, Tallinn

Canned on 14.02.12 - Pours yellow with a tiny head. Aroma of yeast, earthy notes, spices, wheat and hints of fruits. Taste is yeasty and earthy with notes of spices, fruits and barnyard. Finish is slightly bitter and malty. Decent, quite yeasty and spicy witbier.

Dogbrick (12936) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - SEP 27, 2012
This beer is a hazy straw color with a medium foamy white head that diminishes slowly. Small sticky patches of lacing. The aroma consists of citrus, wheat and yeast. Light-bodied with flavors of yeast, bready malt and sweet fruit. The finish is fruity with some sweet spice in the aftertaste. Decent Wit overall.

The aroma of vanilla? is quite overpowering, but does give it some warmth that is quite nice. Interesting perfumated white.

12oz can from Beer Run for $2.50, canned 3/39/12. Hazy yellow color. Good thin white head. Some bubbles on the side of the glass. A couple bits of sediment at the bottom. Nice zesty sweet orange peel and coriander taste. Mandarin oranges. Wheat, light hops, a little yeasty. Some banana. Smooth lighter carbonation, with a nice soft texture. Slightly sticky finish. Some loose lace. A solid wit.

355ml can (Drink Shop, Tallinn)
Fairly typical wit aroma - fair amount of wheatiness, slightly citrussy. The more pronounced parts of the retronaslas are quite similar to some of our simas in places - quite zesty. Oddly, if you pay attention to it, you’ll get some alcohol too, which is odd off a wit. Taste is, to be honest, a bit of a let down. Until you remember this is just a wit, and most wits are as dull as dishwater. The coriander comes over more in the taste, and there’s a strange coconut thing going on with the citrus too. A bit watery and fizzy, and summer’s over. Finish does at least have a hopy and zesty bite to remind you you’ve drunk something. Alas it also reminds me I drank something as dull as dishwater. Technically I can’t flaw it, it’s a good wit. But not a good beer.

Can at home. Opaque murky yellow, thick fluffy white head fades to nothing. Light spiced fruits, touch of yeasty lemon on the nose. Soft sweet wit malt character, touch of bubblegum, spicy estery character, lemon detergent character(!?), soft spicy juicy linger. OK.

Beersiveknown (5284) - NORTHERN IRELAND - AUG 31, 2012

12oz bottle. Pours a hazy nice yellow with a medium, frothy to creamy white head. Aroma is fairly sweet: melon, banana, coriander. Grainy wheat, sweetish, light coriander and peppery finish. Oranges as well. Good carbonation and medium bodied. Very nice and refreshing summer brew.
