Can. The look is light, very straw colored, thinner white head. The smell is floral, very yeasty, fruits, spice, and hay. The taste is sweet, fruits, straw, yeast, spice, and fruit. jkwalking05 (4743) - Arlington, Texas, USA - SEP 14, 2013

12 oz can from the Liquor Kabinet. Pretty pale straw color with a small fizzy white head. The aroma and flavor is lemongrass, wheat malts, citrus fruit, and light hops. Pretty light body with a nice crisp feel and a refreshing finish. Easy to drink and pretty tasty. Elwood (3336) - Leesburg, Virginia, USA - SEP 9, 2013
Serving: 12 oz. can from State Line Liquors. It pours a pale yellow with a frothy white head. Short head retention. Sulfur notes in the nose. Very light flavor wise and too sweet for the style. Light lemon and lemongrass notes, but overall lacking character. Light body with average carbonation. Substandard for the style.

Can from Coppers, Newcastle. This is a cloudy pale yellow beer with a rapidly disappearing white foamy head. It has sweet lemon and lemongrass flavours, vanilla notes and a spicy fruity finish. Ratman197 (14964) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - SEP 7, 2013
Can poured a hazy yellow with a small lingering white head. Aromas of straw, yeast, lemongrass and light white pepper. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, yeast, light white pepper and light lemongrass with a crisp dry finish. MannyGoldberg (205) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - SEP 4, 2013
Can at Stormbird- 4th September 2013. Saw this was a Lost Abbey collab and should have remembered that such beers rarely provide much of interest. Pale straw yellow with zero head or retention. Looks more like a pilsner than a saison. Not getting loads of lemongrass on the nose but plenty of yeast. Taste is lemongrass and peanut. Not as dry as I'd expect. Kind of refreshing but way off the pace compared to the better saisons out there.

Can. Finally got around to trying this since it is on sale. Pours an ever so slightly hazy yellow, gold with rapidly settling white head, no lacing. Aroma is sweet, yeasty, fruity, floral and vegetal. Flavor is sweet peach, passionfruit, sweet with a mild malt, slightly herbal finish. Sweet, juicy, and fruity. Soft carbonation, juicy texture. A strange beer, a mess of flavors, though not as bad as expected. cubs (10639) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - SEP 1, 2013
Can @ home picked up at Supermarket Foco. Pours a hazy yellow appearance with a fluffy, off white head. Spicy yeasty, white pepper, pils malty, grassy, herbal, white wine aroma. A bit dank, spicy hoppy, white grape, chewy spicy herbal, wheat flavor that finishes pretty dry and moderately spicy. I’m not digging this very much.
