Pours very cloudy yellow with a short head that quickly disappears to nothing. Powerful citrus and spiced aroma and flavor. Light body, prickly carbonation, thin texture and a dry, light bitter finish. Interesting but it doesn’t seem like a saison to me. Still an interesting beer.

Definitly has lemon and pine with a bit of yeasty aroma. Cloudy bright golden color with a thin champagne like head. Citrus zing at the start with and bubbly feel that rolls from the front to the back of the tongue then a dry after feel that rolls from the back to the tip of the tongue. After a few sips an apricot taste starts to appear and the dryness gains a hold more and more.Very nice.

12 oz can courtesy of an extra from daknole, I believe. Thanks, dude. Finally popped this while starting to dump a bunch of ratings from GTMW. Pours a well hazed golden straw hue, dulled banana and lemon, darker well hazed body. A bubbly bright white head atop stays as a filmy layer, laces ok. Sticks around as a decent film. Aromas are gentle tart lemon, rind, and grassy earth. Lemongrass, gentle bread, some fruity esters, mellow yeastiness starts to grow as it warms and settles. Initial is lighter end of the fold, some decent dryness, lemon, and grassy character. Some decent florals and earthy hops, gentle citrus, fruit, and dough. Middle shows a bit of sweetness, girth but nothing that takes this out of the crushable realm. A bit dry, more lemongrass character as we round the corner. Dry, some decent dry bitter hops at times into the back. Some yeastiness, spice. Finish is a bit more bitter and dry than I’d have anticipated, yeasty, bready. Nice. Nothing overwhelming. A good deal of wheat character.

355ml can from Ales by Mail

Pours hazy yellow with a smooth head. Strange aroma of earthy farmyard notes, yeast, lemon and raw doughy malts. Taste is crisp, funky and hoppy with loads of lemongrassy notes, hints of citrus and fruits with some spices as well. Finish is smooth, fruity and a bit juicy with some spiciness and yeasty notes. Quite unbalanced, the aroma is slightly off-putting, but at least the taste is a bit better.

Poured a very light, hazy, faint yellow. Nose had distinct lemongrass. Flavours were very pleasant and the palate crystal clean.

(Can 0.355 l / 1/3 of a can) Pale yellow, untransparent and very hazy. Small, white, very fast falling head. Light body, moderate carbonation, watery a bit oily texture. Very pleasant, moderate sour mouthfeel. Aroma: First a bit shocking yeasty notes, dominated by cooked eggs and sulphur. Definitely funky and moderate sour. Quite complex. Next citrus, spices and herbs. More interesting than pleasant. Taste: Refreshing and definitely better than aroma. Citrus, light and very pleasant sourness, spicy and herbal. Medium long, moderate sour finish. Definitely interesting beer.
