Canned, milky cloudy yellow with white foam, aroma of lemon Thai, flavor of a lemon grass wheat ale, finish is mild chewy lemon VintageViking (42) - - JUL 18, 2013
Pours (from a can into a tulip) cloudy pale yellow. Almost no lacing. Light aroma of hay and lemon. This is very light on the palate, and hugely refreshing, with a taste of yeasty, grassy pineapple. Tons of hoppy bitterness in the finish. Perfect on a hot summer’s day - interesting without being too demanding. stravale (3065) - Co. Westmeath, IRELAND - JUL 17, 2013

Pale orange, hazy, bubbly white head
Aroma of soft citrus, slight orange, wheat, soft sweet cereals, very soft spicy note
Taste - soft cereals, smooth wheat, light orange, touch of orange, light sweet pale malts zest, bit waxy, very soft spicy, nice mellow flavours
Palate - Soft carb, medium body, creamy texture. Finish is very smooth, slight bitter hint, touch of zest
Overall - Very soft saison, refreshing beer, good texture
Trade from Garry as an extra. Thanks. Had this right after my first homebrew, which also happened to be a light saison. Can to tall tulip. Pours a cloudy hazy light yellow with a quickly receding one finger head. Crisp yet funky aroma with some peppery spice and slight citrus (lemon?). Flavor is light wheat, some crisp lemon, pineapple, and definite yeasty funk. Effervescent and refreshing for the summertime. Not bad at all. I could see drinking this in Maui for sure. elihapa (1553) - Honolulu, Hawaii, USA - JUL 16, 2013
6/6/13 notes: Can. Pours a beautiful medium gold with pillowy white head. Aroma is nicely spritzy, good peppery character, crushed granite, funk, nice lime citrus components. Palate is light, not as light as other saisons but dry and appropriate for the style. Flavor has breadiness, some passion fruit, ripe lemon. Surprisingly deep blend; fruit-sweet and rounder than most but it works very well. This is a great American saison.

355ml can, pours a light hazy yellow orange, not a lot of head and low carbonation. Aroma of belgian farmhouse yeast with the coriander flavours, it’s a basic saison, nice flavours, the lemongrass and hops do come through but mainly the aroma is the saison yeast. A good drink. Nice and refreshing. Rosebud butternuts (2396) - Denton, Texas, USA - JUL 14, 2013
Can thanks to bhensonb. Poured yellow with a white head. Aroma was lemon, wheat, and pepper. Flavor was pretty much the same as the nose with a nice dry finish and high carbonation. Terminus (3683) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - JUL 14, 2013
Can at hoppy monk el paso tx.
Pours very hazy light orange with a very small fizzy white head. Nose is spicy lots of lemongrass gop and lite grassy hop notes. Very floral as well. Flavors are very tart grassy notes with quite a bit of floral hop notes. Body is crisp moderately carbonated and round. Very long finish of grass lightly bitter hops and some white grapes. This is very solid in the flavors however its not very nic looking. Good for this hot ep day though! dhunter151 (590) - Santa Rosa, California, USA - JUL 14, 2013
Drank straight from can so no appearance notes. This was a strange beer. At first, I really liked it a lot. Citrus, fruity, yeast, lemongrass. But the more I drank it, it began to get a little funky. I was picking up a sulfur/egg in aroma and taste. I still like it but not as much as my first impression.

Pours straw yellow with a medium, rocky, white head. Slight hop aroma, a good amount of corny DMS. Corniness also noted in the flavor along with some citrus flavor thatI attribute to the lemongrass. Slight herbal hop flavor. Decent summer beer.
