Pours a slightly cloudy golden color with white head. Lemon grass is present on the nose, along with some citrus and funky notes; follows onto the palate. OldMrCrow (2443) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAY 30, 2014

I drank my first couple of cans quite cold and in tulip glasses. They were tolerable if a bit sticky-sweet and a bit over-the-top with the banana esters in an American saison sort of way. I drank my third at closer to cellar temperature (out of a cooler) straight from the can by the pool in Leavenworth and it was darn near undrinkable. Hopelessly sweet, cloying, nearly undrinkable. I’d have gone about 3.4 for the first couple of cans, about 2.3 for this one. That’s a big differential and I’m puzzled why it struck me so differently on different occasions.
Oh, my that’s pleasant. This should be served on warm sunny days, on a porch, all the time. It is so easy to drink, with lots of wonderful wheat, oats and pilsner malts, in a gorgeous saison body and some of the best hops around. But wait, you read correctly, there’s yummy refreshing lemongrass as well! I loved this beer. DiarmaidBHK (5113) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 19, 2014
Can from State line Liquors. Pours cloudy looking like pineapple juice with a half inch of white foam. Leaves a bit of lacing in the glass. There’s a faint whiff of lemongrass on the nose. There’s a bit of funk on the tongue. Finishes clean. Kind of boring considering the talent involved. maxwelldeux (4374) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - MAY 4, 2014
Can. Pours a hazy golden color with a smallish white head on there. Nose is fairly citrusy, with only small amounts of funk to it. Taste is slightly sour, yet light and fairly refreshing. Only issue is that I don’t really get anything I would identify as lemongrass in there...

Clear golden coloured body with a one centimetre tall white head. Aroma of wheat, grass, hay, lemons, herbs, sage, funk and of course, pure lemongrass. Light-bodied; Herbal flavour with the lemongrass front and centre with a large yeast and bready note, some airy and floral hop notes with a very minimal malt backbone, making it light and airy, especially with all of the herbs. Aftertaste shows a dry, spicey character perhaps from the yeast that lends itself nicely to a warm day, but makes the beer refreshing. Overall, no sweetness at all, but that was to be expected - a hit of herbs and light floral spices and it shows nicely, especially when showcased as a saison. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Olive Tree Market Place in San Diego, California on 07-June-2013 for US$2.99 sampled at home in Washington on 24-April-2014. Poured from a 12 ounce can. Pours a very clear yellow. The aroma is fruity, phenolic, sweet honey, slight mint. The flavor is fruity, grainy, very soft citrusy notes. Not bad. This is yeast driven and a refreshing beer. Abitan (18) - USA - MAR 15, 2014
Easy to drink. Good beer for a hot summer day. Opaque and a bright yellow color. Bought in a can at Grape & Gourmet. coyforce (684) - California, USA - MAR 15, 2014
Delicious brew with a nice Pour. Flavor is light lemongrass, but very smooth and light on the palate. fugitive (2019) - Athens, GREECE - MAR 13, 2014
