Can at Antenna America. Orange gold colour, creamy gold head. Aroma is tropical fruit, bit citrus, bready malty. Bit weird. Taste is interestingly fruity, get the bread. Pretty nice but maybe one was enough. wildbeercat (356) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - MAY 15, 2013
12 fl oz / 355mL can into a Blue Moon glass. Served cold.
Aroma: Sour fruit. I’ve never had a breadfruit before, so I can’t say if this smells like one or not. It does smell good though.
Appearance: Hazy burnt yellow. Foamy white head that lingers a little bit.
Taste: Tart fruit. Sourish yeast. Pears! Pretty tart beer, if you’re into that.
Palate: Medium body, longish finish. The 8.2% is hidden quite well, so watch out.
Overall: Made me really want to go to Hawaii and try a breadfruit!! jinroh (2128) - ESTONIA - DEC 25, 2016
Bomber bottle I got as a Christmas present, bought at the brewery about 1-2 months ago. Pours not golden but quite nice clear amber, steady foam head that stays and leaves beautiful lacings on the glass. Aroma is very malty, sweet breadcrumbs and a bit of booze, some slight spiciness which is difficult to place also there. Taste is also very malty indeed, thick bread, more like dough for black bread. Sour notes, sweetness and finish ends in deep spicy bitterness. Definitely malt-forward beer, fragrant bitterness. Very unique beer and I am definitely liking it. In bottle at Craig’s. Pours a blonde colour with a thin white head. Aroma of pine, pineapple and alcohol with a lovely fruity character. Similar flavours with mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Lovely. Beerdrinker79 (2188) - Idaho, USA - DEC 31, 2012
12 oz. can- Pours semi hazy with a one finger head that reduces to a ring. Aroma is hops, piney hops, fruity, but hard to pinpoint. The taste is very tasty, not sure what breadfruit is, but it seems to taste awesome, creamy, fruity, hoppy, and tasty, it does start to become a bit syrupy! Body is a bit thin, but I don’t mind that personally, beers like this I prefer on the thinner side, carbonation is moderately high. Overall I was somewhat impressed, I couldn’t drink this all night, but it is refreshing for a change of pace, I do wish the taste would have lived up to the hoppy aroma!

12 oz. can from Specs in Round Rock. A big off white head slowly settled leaving spider web lacing. Kind of a copper hue and pretty much clear. Fruit galore in the aroma. That is tasted first and it is complex passion fruit. Rich malts wete tasted after that and then spices. Even later mildly bitter hops showed up. Each of those dominated the flavor at their peak. Much more intetesting than any other fruit beer I have had. BOLTZ7555 (3027) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - JAN 2, 2013
Beautiful golden tangerine pour with a tightly packed ivory head that left incredible webbing inside the glass. Nose is subtle, subdued with yeast, biscuit, tart fruit, and some floral notes. Flavor is semi sweet with a unique sour finish. Honey, freshly baked bread, tropical fruit, and alcohol. This surprised me with the warming qualities. Different. Enjoyable. Give it a go. The beer pours a hazy yellow color with a large white head. The aroma has some yeast and fruit notes, as well as some biscuit malt. The flavor is similar. There is a nice biscuit and toasted malt character, as well as some nice citrus fruit. There is a bit of tartness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. poisoneddwarf (2622) - Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho, USA - JAN 5, 2013
12 oz can. Pours hazy orange with a medium off-white collapsing head. Aroma is fruity--not sure what breadfruit smells like--maybe a little worty. Taste is sweet and fruity; a little tart; finishes dry. Kind of boozy. A little underwhelming, but not bad. benpickens (530) - Camarillo, California, USA - FEB 18, 2013
Clear gold with a foamy white head that holds well; stone fruits on the nose; fruity palate with a oily and moderateky bitter finish reminescent of grapefruit.
