Can. Pours murky, amber/brown with a trace of fizzy white head which quickly dissipates. Aroma is figs, cherries, bread and cereal malts, grassy hops, caramel, and light woody notes. Flavor is malt dominate with some supporting fruut esters and faint hops; dry finish. Medium body, low carbonation, and low warmth. BeerandBlues2 (13821) - Escondido, California, USA - AUG 18, 2012
Can. Pours hazy amber with a small, fizzy off-white head, short retention with spare lacing. Aroma is passion fruit, tart cherries, biscuit and cereal malt with spicy hops. Flavor is malt forward with passion fruit, cherries and light toast, hops and bitterness and a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation. hansenkw (12) - - AUG 13, 2012
Has a sweet and slightly malty nose, hints of tartness. Beautiful Orange/copper color with a nice fluffy flight tan head. Not as sweet or as tart as the aroma indicates, somewhat of a metallic taste (poured into a glass, not drank from the can.) Softly carbonated with a long finish. 12oz can: Pours a clear bright orange bronze with a stringy-lacing white head. Has a lightly sweet toasty caramel malty nose with some fruity cherry notes and melon with a touch of hay. Starts with pretty good fullness and light biscuity caramel malt with good, semi-tart fruitiness before a slightly drier bittersweet finish. Has a unique flavor, but could be a little more assertive. Fun combination of flavors - really interesting compare to the barrel aged version from JP. Pours deep hazy dark amber. Very little head. Tartness is muted a bit from the passion fruit. Nice, not too much in your face.

Poured the ugliest reddish-brown: murky as hell with tons of floaties and this excited me greatly. Not being a gan of sours, I was worried, but this had just the right amount of pucker to it. Quite, quite quaffable. colinize (316) - Dallas, Texas, USA - AUG 12, 2012
Was excited for this one but not so good. Pours hazy copper brown. No head, just thin ring around the edge of the glass. Odd aroma - wants to be a sour but isnt. Alcohol, raisins, caramelized brown sugar.

Pours a murky amber with a large ,creamy light tan head.
Interesting aromas of cherry pits, mango and dark chocolate???
Flavour is very well balanced, malty, liquorice, dark tart cherries and pits,,slightly tart .
Mouthfeel is pretty nice..very little carbonation though.
Strange one..it wasn’t bad but i was not 100% convinced either. tone77 (256) - Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 10, 2012
Pours a cloudy amber color. Smell is mild, some cherries. Taste is hops up front, malts kicking in at the finish, a bit of cherries. Overall a decent beer. kidmartinek (5007) - austin, Texas, USA - AUG 10, 2012
Definitely made with hawaiian thai. Cloudy deep amber. Little white head. Aroma might make you smile if you still appreciate the finer things in life. I said finer, not the junk you smoked in high school. Flavor... yeah! Hang ’10!
