Hazy gold beer with a small white head. Palate is light with a mild minerally crispness. Semi dry. Light herby lemon and a light touches of yeast and citrus. Whisper of bubblegum. Light semi dry finish. It’s fine - but flirting with blandness. More lemongrass please!

Can shared at chriso’s pre-Christmas tasting 2014 - London. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy white head. Bready wheat is the word here, with some lemon peel and lightly bitter hay. Light in body with average carbonation. Moderate sweetness at the exit, with a bit of sugary wheat, straw. Simple enough but tasty and drinkable. fiulijn (21506) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 28, 2017

Hazy to cloudy golden color, small head. In the aroma, light fruit, light yeast spices, and some candy. The mouthfeel is lean, not too dry; delicate malts, delicate fruity esters, and very low bitterness, which makes it feel like sweet beer.
Nice light Ale.
On tap at St. Augustine’s, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out considerable saison yeast and a touch of lemongrass. Flavour is much more expressive on the lemongrass, with saison yeast and lots of fruity esters. Too yeasty, sweet and estery. Not very pleasing.
