Cask at The Holy Inadequate, Etruria. A clear amber colour with a medium off white head. Aroma of fruity malt, some caramel, raisin, subtle chocolate, maybe some grapefruit and earthy hops. Taste of caramel, raisin, biscuit, subtle chocolate and some spicy, earthy hops. Light bodied and soft carbonation. A good, earthy bitterness in the finish. A solid ESB, tastes similar too a fruit and nut chocolate bar.
