Aroma: slight banana and clove aroma,
Flavor: slightly sweet, mild wheat flavor, touch of banana,
Aroma: sweet banana aroma,
Flavor: light dry banana flavor, hint of clove,
ditto, banana flavor is great, but I’d like to see a bit more sweetness beyond the current hint suggested by the banana
Appearance: opaque orange, fine white head, lots of scattered lace,
Aroma: light banana aroma is dried out and driven back by the spick clove and a light earthyness,
Flavor: big banana flavor, just a touch of sweetness, good balancing clove, light fleeting lactic tartness,

On tap at their Buford, Ga. location. Pours a cloudy pale orange with a spongy white head and decent lacing. Aroma has some clove essence tot it with a bit of bubblegum and banana. Flavor has the same notes with some coriander spiciness noted in there. Average to above average brewpub Hefe. Thick mouthfeel. Good summer refresher. aracauna (3637) - Georgia, USA - OCT 11, 2003
This was an extremely pale hefeweizen, but it was nicely cloudy. The head was a bit wimpy which I consider a flaw for the style. The aroma was mostly clove and very little banana. The wheat hit you up front followed by more of the clove. The body lacks the creaminess that a good hefeweizen has. Still, I've had much worse attempts at the style and it was exceedingly drinkable. On tap at the brewpub. This one has 4.5% abv according to the bartender. very yeasty. good lace on side of glass. pale daisy hazy yellow. very much scent of banana and clove. I felt the banana and clove flavors were overpowering because they were not backed with a good palate and body. if the other two parts had been there, it could have handled the strong (overpowering in this case) flavor.

Hazy lemon body with a clean soapy white head. Floral, rose petal esters in the nose plus some wheat and light citrus notes. Fresh wheaty flavor with light nuttiness and a touch of banana and lemon. Smooth, medium body. Decent hefeweizen with no off notes or flaccid qualities like many wheat beers.

well, its a hefe, is there really much more i can say, it doesn tstand out from any other american made hefe, maybe a little flatter and lighter, blah. wunderbier (1434) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAY 30, 2005
Tap, downtown Atlanta. Hazy peach-yellow hue / white, creamy head. Banana baby food, spicey hops...wtf? Brown sugar? Okay? Anyway. Moderately sweet, lightly acidic flavor becomes a lightly sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter finish. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation. The bottom line is: nice, but heavy on the bananas at the sacrafice of pretty much everything else. LilKem (1213) - Marietta, Ohio, USA - JUN 2, 2005
it was o.k. i like my hefes but this one was thin and watery. had good orange, banana, lemon and wheat flavors but i hate the lemon in the glass. i always forget to order without. wilkie (1208) - Raleigh, North Carolina, USA - OCT 20, 2005
Draught. Golden color, hazy, nice white head. Very yeasty in aroma, bananas. Flavor is similar with some clove. Typical hefe, with something bitter in aftertaste.
