Pours a clear copper on tap with nice fluffy tan head that displays to leave light lace. Aroma of nice bready grain and lager crispness. Taste is more toward the fruity esters of the yeast, nice and clean. Well done for the style, easy. unclemattie (4358) - Georgia, USA - APR 29, 2010
Tap. Light amber color. Nice malt, sweet aroma. Flavor of sweet malt. Very well balanced. Perfect flavors, perfect session. I LOVED IT. Nuffield (4171) - Roseville, Minnesota, USA - JAN 9, 2006
Not so much red as much as dark yellow. Nutty, light aroma, a little buttery. Fizzy, cold (too cold). Metallic edge hits both the flavor and nose. Bitter finish. (on tap, downtown Atlanta location) JCB (3999) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - DEC 28, 2010
On tap at the brewpub. This was well loved by the only Englishman among us, for what it’s worth. Crystal amber pour, with decent carbonation but quite settled and sedentary looking. Decently aromatic malts with just a touch of spice to the nose. Body was medium, thinned out fairly quickly. Just flavorful enough to be inoffensive. Not flavorful enough to remember. aracauna (3607) - Georgia, USA - JAN 20, 2003
Very little head with a nice copper color. The aroma is slight caramel malt. The flavor is very low bitterness, sof, a little sweet. Too bland to really excite but no real flaws and easily drinkable.

UPDATED: SEP 21, 2004 Copper in appearance with a small (if any) head. Light caramel aroma with a sour, tangy, lemon-like taste. Tasted a bit like dirty dishwater, yummy. lithy (2996) - Capital of Appalachia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 19, 2009
Amber orange, sticky beige head. Aroma is metallic, sweet, caramel. Taste is sweet, caramel, thin, metal, apples. Bart (2938) - Brussels, BELGIUM - AUG 5, 2011
