Martin243 (1245) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - FEB 7, 2016
Pint at the Stanley Jefferson Bishop Auckland.. Bright gold, with a white head. Citrus hop aroma, replicated in the flavour. Some tropical fruit and a very bitter finish. O.K. but not enough for me to have another.

Hippoman (646) - Durham, ENGLAND - FEB 6, 2016
Cask at The Bishop Langley, Durham, £3.10/pint. Hazy pale amber beer with a smooth, white head that laces the glass well. The nose is heavily led by fruity hop with plenty of passion fruit and pineapple and is largely pleasant despite some damp basement notes. It tastes just like it smells - very hoppy up front with prominent tropical fruit flavours. There are some stodgy, bready malts in there to temper the crisp, hoppy bitterness, making it a softer, more drinkable pint than it could have been. One small criticism is that a slightly cloying, honeyed character comes in later in the pint, but on the whole it’s pretty good.

Iznogud (4991) - CROATIA - JAN 2, 2015
Cask at the York Tap, York, UK. Pours hazy golden with white head. Light hoppy aroma. Fruity and light hoppy, malty base. Bitterish finish.

Cask @ Bridge House JDW, Belfast [131114]
Amber, clear, dense white head, slight lacing
Aroma of dull citrus hops, soft sweet
Taste of soft fruits, very soft tropical fruits, slight peach, soft bitter hop, light sweet, dull hops
Palate - Light to medium body. Finish a bit dry.
Overall - Another ordinary Spoons beer.

wheresthepath (2436) - Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - NOV 13, 2014
Cask at the Back of Beyond (JDW), Reading. Deep but rather hazy gold with a moderate, long lasting white head. Strong bitter lemon and orange up front with a light but pleasant balancing caramel. Very long lasting fresh piney hop finish that gets quite floral. Definitely more an APA than a golden if you’re bothered about such distinctions. This is pretty good actually, and the more I drank the more I liked it. Yum.

ianwelby (1591) - SCOTLAND - NOV 2, 2014
Slightly hazy golden beer with a creamy head. Not much aroma. Flavour is light citrus fruit with an almost banana-y hint. Feels creamy in mouth and leaes a light, pleasant bitter hop taste on the tongue.

3.2
kwik-lime (2160) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 1, 2014
Cask at JDW in Surbiton. Very citrusey, crisp hops, nice head. Pleasant session ale.
