33cl bottle from some beer store in Grfelfing. Pours a lightly hazed, yellow-gold colored body with a finger-width, frothy, white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is lightly sweetened, somewhat grainy malts with some floral fruits, acetaldehyde, a light hay, and a bit of a yeasty spice. Flavor is similar. Lightly sweetened, somewhat grainy malts with a light yeast spice, some grass, a few floral notes, and a bit of a green apple acetaldehyde. Finishes lightly bitter and somewhat dry before leaving a medium length aftertaste. Light body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, a decent beer. A bit too much of a green apple note, but not terrible.

Hmmm... no ratings for over a year? Bottle from Sake Marche. Thanks, Wombata. Decent sweetish, yeasty aroma, some cat piss. Light straw color. Very grainy initial / mid flattens into a powdery, spritzy light sweet cereal / final is smooth and nondescript. Thin-medium body. Okay. Not so exciting, but I suppose its not meant to be. Session stuff.
