Great zwikel, it has been clarifying in time but still a great beer, optimal balance between the hop character and the malts, more sweet than bitter but not too sweet. A really nice session beer always perfectly brewed.

Tap at 4:20, Rome. Pours cloudy gold with a foamy, white head. Biscuity malt nose, light grass. Medium sweet, more biscuity malts, light corn. Light to medium in body with average carbonation. Sweet, light bitter finish, more bread. A great drinker.

Light gold color, cloudy and hazy. Small white foamy head. Aroma is grassy and grainy, with a sweet malt undertone. A medium bodied zwickel. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are slightly spicy. Nice clean lager. Very active, small fine carbonation. Light and refreshing. It is very light tasting and any flavor flaws would be very noticeable. Nice beer. This beer has a very funky looking pull top bottle cap. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Pours a cloudy amber orange with yellow edges and a creamy, mostly tight off white head. Nose is nice with lots of zest, lemon, pepper and dusty and a touch of banana candy. Faint citrus hop in back. Taste is pretty solid, zesty lemon and white peppery spice are followed by some earthy dustiness and a fair bit of citrus hop. Light body with good carbonation and slightly dry finish.

On draft at Goblin. Pours hazy pale yellow with a thick white head. Nose is grass, hay and light citrus. The taste is medium sweet and medium bitter. The texture is smooth and creamy, the body is light and clean, long finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottled, gift from my mother. Slightly hazy golden colored, small white head. Dusty nose, hops, very German, nice. Watery and bitter flavor, pleasant lasting bitter finish. The first beer of my holiday in Germany, let the good times begin :-).

A decent dry Zwickel that is very drinkable and has decent herbal flavour. A good Kellerbeer in a very traditional bottle.
