Test vom 10.6.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 6,9,9,11,10,9 - 9,05

Grima (2394) - Merzkirchen, RLP, GERMANY - NOV 9, 2012
The beer in the glass is a very pale yellow export, slightly cloudy, with a flat, soapy head. It smells hoppy and grainy, slightly bitter and very spicy. Starts hoppy-bitter, slight musty in the background. The middle part is grainy and malty, again musty and slightly metallic. Goes into a hoppy finish with grain and some musty hops, also some metallic flavor!

pivnizub (10614) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - SEP 17, 2012
Bottle: Golden, quite stable white head, tart grainy nose with a slight hoppy touch; tart bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; dryish bitter finish. Too tart…

Miksu (5053) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - AUG 27, 2012
0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Golden color. Honeyish and slightly bready aroma with hint of citrus and pepper. Slightly sweet honeyish and peppery flavor with some citrus. Medium body. Slightly papery (BB Sept 2012).

kevnic2008 (11996) - Baden-Baden, GERMANY - MAY 28, 2012
Light hazy blond colour with some light carbonation and an average white head. Malty sweet and fruity hinted aroma. Finish is smouth, light creamy malty with a slight yeasty ending

Idiosynkrasie (7516) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - MAR 8, 2012
500ml bottle. Clear pale golden with average frothy white head. Unspectacular bitter hop aroma, some grain. Monotonous bitter hop taste on the edge to soapiness combined with a strawy grainy malt note. None too great.

3.3
MoritzF (9901) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - MAR 3, 2012
(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big and blond loose foamy head. Strawy malty aroma with hints of draff as well as delicately citric and herbal hoppy notes. Mildly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Dry malt-character with herbal hops turning in from the middle part, lingering into the moderately dry and bitter finish. A solid hoppy Export. 16.II.12

Kristall-König (2820) - Oldenburg, GERMANY - FEB 28, 2012
Hopfenwürziger Geruch. Würzig-süßlicher Start. Mittelpart süß, würzig und leicht aromatisch. Malzwürziger und recht kräftiger Abschluß. Ok.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, modest spicy, a bit wheaty. Not very dry. Finish still mild, quite drinkable. A bit boring.
