12oz can pours out a hazy cloudy pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is yeast some spice and a light sweetness. Taste is more of the yeast a touch of wit and some spice. 5000 (6900) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - OCT 2, 2016
Bottle:   Pale straw, not as pale as others, moderate frothy white head, fairly decent lacing.   Wheaty start, lacks carbonation tho.   Every so slight spices.   Dull spices, not all that bright.   Fairly clean tho.   A bit flat on the tongue, albeit wheaty.   Very soft grains of paradise and citrus bits.   Decent, could use more carbonation and be a bit brighter, but tiz OK. andrewje41 (4766) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - JUL 19, 2016
12 oz can poured. Pale golden pour with a patchy foam head. Spicy, grainy, belgiany aroma. Flavor is a quick bite front, with a grain constant, and yeast finish. Not bad, but hard to impress me with the style. They are all about the same to me. Decent beer here. maekchu (4202) - Hirakata, JAPAN - OCT 20, 2015
Can from World Beer Market (Sake no Taniguchi). Grainy nose, with light citrus zest, and yeast. Very pale hazy amber, big fat head. Small, thin citrusy initial, very mild coriander, just a touch of bitterness. Flavors thin out quickly, Very mild aroma and flavors, overall -- even for a wit. rosenbergh (12090) - Tampere, FINLAND - OCT 17, 2015
12 oz can. (Beermongers) Portland, OR.
Cloudy yellow golden color with a small white head.
Chicken, yeast, broth and grain in a weird aroma.
The flavor is malt, flour, dryness and yeast. Bad for a beer and even worst for a witbier.

Canned from LifeSource. Very light straw color. Almost does look white. Yeasty nose. Mild spice and some grain. Smells more like a hefe than a typical wit. Yeast and spices up front. Dry grainy flavors along with a More yeast and a touch of spice. Reminds me more of a lightly spice hefe. Pretty tasty. jake65 (4034) - Meridian, Idaho, USA - SEP 6, 2015
Can from homebrewstuff. Perfect appearance, a soft yellow with plenty of haze. Slight white cap sticks around for the first few sips. Mild aroma, wheat citrus and grass. Same in the taste. Mild overall, lacks much of a bite in the finish, but balanced and soft making it pretty session able. I’d have this again when the temps are high. stevoj (6036) - Boise, Idaho, USA - JUL 24, 2015
Bottom of the bottle, so lots of dregs. Huge foamy head, extremely cloudy, muddy. Color of cafe au lait. Almost no aroma, faint wheat taste. Way too light, no zip Alphadelic (2249) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUL 14, 2015
A fine wit I guess. A tiny bit too sweet and syrupy for me. It’s heavy on the Orange peel, the carbonation is very light and there isn’t much to the finish. That being said, I could happily split a sixer with my wife. Reid (2718) - Salem, Oregon, USA - JUL 10, 2015
12 oz can bought from Lifesource Natural Grocer in Salem OR
Pours a beautiful cloudy almost luminous yellow with just the right sized pure white creamy head.
Nice wheat centric aromas..with some black pepper and coriander.
Nice taste! Same as the aroma but getting the bubble gum and peach too. Mouthfeel is very nice..thin but not watery and easily gulped..also nicely salty in the end.
I have to say this is an excellent wit beer..best i have had from an Oregon brewer.
