11.2 oz bottle, poured into a shaker. The aroma is reminiscent of cinnamon apple doughnuts with vanilla beans. It’s a brilliant, oily red-orange with a tan, dense head that has a medium light ring of retention and only a light lace. The taste is high, syrupy sweet with a hint of light, bitter spices. The texture is oily and syrupy with a fuzzy carbonation. The medium body is the same as the aroma with a malty finish that peaks with a crisp, clove spice and leaves a clean, vegetable aftertaste. stef73 (620) - Trois-Rivieres, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 28, 2015
De couleur orangée cuivre avec avec un peu everfesssance . On sens tout suite là canelle et on le sens très bien. En bouche c est le goût de canelle ensemble goût Malte . C’est très bon comme d automne . Karol (915) - SLOVAK REPUBLIC - OCT 25, 2015
Bottled. Aroma of cinamon, clove, ginger, spices, but no clear detection of pumpkin. The pumpkin is hard to find, covered probably by all the spices. Too bad. Taste mirrors the aroma, but again no good portion of pumpkin. Too bad. Overall a good beer, but in a blind test this beer lacks the pumpkin, that should be clear right in the beginning. I really don’t expect too much from my pumpkin ales. I’d rather not be beat over the head with spice or alcohol so this beer works for me in a kind way. It’s very repeatable and and easy go to holiday brew. beerfansca (6) - Quebec, CANADA - OCT 18, 2015 does not count
La bonne bière à la citrouille c’est le slogan dans l’ensemble c’est vrai: une belle apparence une mousse généreuse une arôme facilement identifiable mais au goût c’est là que ça se gâche trop d’épices

0.341 bottle. Clear, light brown color and virtually no head. Heavy aroma of pumpkin and spices; virtually nothing more is detectable apart from a faint, malty scent. Taste is sweet, spicy, full of pumpkin of course - appears somewhat chemical and artificial. Medium body, slick texture, and average carbonation. Finish is roughly the same but more authentic than the rest. Overall a pleasant flavored beer but nothing out of the ordinary. Beerdedone (3401) - Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 16, 2015
Bottle. Pours copper amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of pumpkin spices, cloves and cinnamon. Flavor of nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin, caramel, cloves, ginger and was lightly acidic. BrewGoblin (632) - Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, CANADA - OCT 13, 2015
This pumpkin potion is another run-of-the-mill goblin, not offensive nor provocative. It’s almost so middling that I don’t even know what to say about it. It tastes like you would expect, pumpkin-piesque with very little pumpkin and a hint of biscuity beeriness. The colour is nice but a effervescent body, almost cider-like, makes the head piss off soon as. Whatever, they got me to drink it. Damn my suckery towards all things pumpkinized. UXO (1896) - CANADA - OCT 5, 2015
Appearance: clear medium amber with one finger of rocky light tan head, good retention and patchy lacing. (3/5) Aroma: roasted pumpkin, typical pumpkin spices, caramel. (6/10) Taste: moderate-low sweet, mild bitter. (6/10) Medium-light body tending to watery, moderate carbonation, moderate duration finish. (3/5)
Ok, fine, it’s October, so I can officially start on the pumpkin ales. And this isn’t bad: unlike so many "pumpkin" ales that are really just sweet and spices with little or no real pumpkin, this one actually leads out with actual pumpkin flavour. Some spices eventually come to the fore, but it never gets sweet and sickly as is so common with the style. Solid. (12/20) Fatehunter (2565) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - OCT 3, 2015
Pours a thin head on a clear dark straw body.
The aroma is roasted pumpkin. Nice.
The taste is malty with pumpkin flavor, but nicely balanced.
The texture is softer.
A pretty good pumpkin beer.
