Spice and subtle pumpkin dominate this beer, with a smooth finish highlighted with ginger and nutmeg. Refreshing and a brilliant seasonal beer.

This beer took me by surprise! I’m usually not much of a Pumpkin beer drinker but it was all my friend had at the time. Glad he didn’t have anything else! Amber in color, malt forward, smooth body. Spice are present but not overwhelming. Delicious Pumpkin beer for a non-pumpkin beer drinker! Pumpkin87 (248) - - NOV 16, 2014
La grande bière à la citrouille is one of the most aromatic beers made, serve in a goblet and give it time to open up.
Pours a beautiful clear red-orange, with small-moderate head that quickly reduces to thin surface lace.
Aroma of a holiday kitchen: pumpkin and dark fruits, spices, vanilla. Prominent spicy pumpkin on the tongue with brown sugar note, but not overly sweet.
Smooth, light and fizzy, with restrained dry but not harsh finish. Festive enough for celebrations, but 5 percent ABV makes it sessionable throughout the season. kevinsenn (2267) - Waterloo, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 8, 2012
Bottle from LCBO (4-pack). Pours a clear dark amber. Aroma of pumpkin and pleasant spices. The taste is perfect pumpkin ale - great blend of pumpkin, spices, and sweet malt. Smooth and creamy on the tongue. Probably the best pumpkin ale I’ve had. jtclockwork (17101) - , New Jersey, USA - APR 30, 2010

Classic pumpkin ale. Strong pumpkin notes, with the requisite amount of spice. Just good. Solid B.

I really don’t expect too much from my pumpkin ales. I’d rather not be beat over the head with spice or alcohol so this beer works for me in a kind way. It’s very repeatable and and easy go to holiday brew.
