Draft to wine glass at McClure’s. Looks good; a very slightly hazy light gold with thin white head that quickly dissipates into lacing. Smells of jalapenos; more of the flavor than the heat though (which is nice). Tastes like it smells with a bit of tartness and a touch of heat in the back of the throat. An interesting spin on cider. queenholly (3623) - South Whitley, Indiana, USA - SEP 12, 2012
Tap at orchard tasting room. Fresh apple and green jalapeno aroma. Clear golden yellow with a minimal head. Green jalapeno and fresh apple flavor, absolutely no spicy heat, just pure green jalapeno flavor. Light body, dry finish. Apple pepper combo worked surprisingly well. patrick767 (4474) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - SEP 10, 2012
tap at OktoBeerfest in Fort Wayne - Pours cloudy pale green and smells of green apples and jalapenos. It has a spicy, tart apple flavor. The jajapenos are very prominent in the taste. It’s a light bodied, decent cider, but I’m not a big fan of the hot spice in it.
