paleasale (20) - USA - DEC 28, 2009
nothing special here but definately a great brew , watery with no alcohol taste. not much head, a very light pale colored ale. Ibrew2or3 (8660) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - DEC 30, 2009
On tap at the Pensacola location pouring up clear gold with full bright white head and some lacing. The aroma is sweet, floral and then a touch grainy. The taste brings forward notes of grain, corn and then floral hops. By midway and into the finish just a bit of spicy and floral hop bitterness is noticeable for a moment or two. Pale yellow and a tad thin, but nicely flavorful with light malts........... edden (925) - cow- lumbus, Ohio, USA - AUG 11, 2003

pale yellow body with a lightly hopped nose. lightly malted and hopped with other notes of honey and floral. i think that Madison, the brewmaster has done a good job creating a rather nice flavor for this style of beer.
This was your microbrew ale equivalent of a Corona style lager, American pilsner, whatever you want to call it. Lacing was very impressive for the boring style, the appearance golden. Light touch of hops to balance out the malts, somewhat of a corn flavor. Mouthfeel was obviously light. Good beer for those that don’t want anything fancy.

On tap at the brewpub in Pensacola: poured a light yellow with adequate white head. Lightly floral hop aroma. Flavor is pretty full for a "light" beer. Lightly sour with hints of lemon. I enjoyed it. fata2683 (2176) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - OCT 25, 2009
on tap, pours pale gold, thin white head. Straw and pale malt aroma. Straw and grass flavors, mild bitterness. A very easy drinker. keepersj12 (3133) - Sicklerville, New Jersey, USA - JAN 24, 2012
Very good for a pale lager. It has the characteristics of a good German Pilsner. Light in all aspects but very refreshing and easy drinking. BelgianBeerGal (4085) - Panama City, Florida, USA - MAY 13, 2008
Draught at the brewery. Nothing special but better than most macros out there. Very balanced flavour. Enjoyable.
