Pours a clear copper color witha small white head. The nose is a flowery perfume hop smell. The flavor is nicely balanced. A good hop bite in the finish. Somewhat thin and weak but still enjoyable. michael-pollack (4959) - King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 23, 2004
Smells very hoppy, floral, and sweet. A little spice scent as well. Smells a little like Amarillo Hops. Golden, slightly orange color. Small, diminishing, white head. No lacing. Clear, medium density. Initially a bit hoppy, though not bitter. Then sweet and malty with a sweet finish. Does not taste nearly as good as it smells. Light to medium body. Thin. A bit watery. Slightly metallic finish. A drinkable, but not all that good, IPA. dberger624 (1028) - Voorhees, New Jersey, USA - DEC 20, 2004
Draft at the brewery. This was a good IPA. Nice balance to it. Finished with a nice dry taste. egajdzis (6590) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 21, 2004
Poured a copper color with a thin but consisting of large bubbles, that were off white and left very spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma was sweet caramel, and fruity, most notably the dominant, citrus hop aroma. Taste was full of bitterness, also grassy, some grapefruit. Middle consisted of fruit, a sour lime flavor prevailed and it finished very sweet, like and orange maltiness. A very creamy and full mouthfeel.
