Pours a medium copper-brown with a single-finger off-white head. Some nice lacing on the way down. Good retention as well. The nose brings some slight earthiness and a bit of dark fruit. The flavor is a bit more subdued, having a nice earthy presence with a touch of spice through the background. Light-medium body with good carbonation.
