Looks just like grapefruit. Smells like ocean spray. Tastes like candy. No hops. I don’t like raspberry and this has a lot of raspberry.

Draught @ Oly Club WA 08’. Hazy rose color. Raspberries right form the get go. Sweet, tart raspberries: covers anything else going on here. If you like intense fruit beers this is a great choice. I am not one for this style but i certainly give them credit for putting this brew together.

On tap at Oak Hills A: Cloudy cream color with a thin white head. N: Raspberry, corn, cracker, vegetal, minerality, grass. T: Lightly sweet and lightly tart. M: Light body, no alcohol, prickly carbonation. O: Nothng to this. Less a Portland classic and more of an avoid because it’s not worth it.

Pigfoot (2268) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - NOV 18, 2004
Nice, full, pinkish white head, ruby-red grapefruity color. Sweet, fruity aroma, definitely raspberries, cherries, reminiscent of a kriek lambic aroma, but just a little. Hops are very low, to non-existent, extremely low bitterness, light body, slight finish. The fruity flavor persists, but there’s little texture, little body, as un-ale-like as an ale can get, but I can get, and basically respect, what they are getting at. This is their "girl’s beer". Fruity, but not hoppy. Passably enjoyable. Sampled late September 2002

Sampled as Dad Watsons Ruby at Fremont Oktoberfest. Pours cloudy, the color of pink grapefruit juice. Light aroma of raspberry soda. Light body and carbonation, almost nothing in the taste. Dry finish. Effin near water.

BeerLimey (2154) - California, USA - AUG 12, 2005
Pink grapefruit appearance. Sweet sugarry raspberry aroma. Raspberry sweetness on the palatebalanced by some coarse grainy dryness, slightly tart finish.

RedSox2004 (1866) - Pacific Palisades, California, USA - SEP 24, 2014
Cranberry red with a small off-white head and modest lace. Tart raspberry flavors offset anything else going on. Light body, lively carbonation and a fruity finish.

SDbruboy (1864) - San Diego, California, USA - APR 11, 2007
Draft at Sherwood location. Arrived looking like pink grapefruit juice,, cloudy and pale pink color with little to no head. Raspberry dominates aroma, flavor is crisp and wheaty with berry and fruit notes and hints of hop. Medium body and gentle carbonation. Not bad for a summer cooler.
