Tap @ Blue Moon in Portland. A cloudy wheat looking beer. A strong red raspberry aroma and flavor. Tart and dry. Pigfoot (2268) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - NOV 18, 2004
Nice, full, pinkish white head, ruby-red grapefruity color. Sweet, fruity aroma, definitely raspberries, cherries, reminiscent of a kriek lambic aroma, but just a little. Hops are very low, to non-existent, extremely low bitterness, light body, slight finish. The fruity flavor persists, but there’s little texture, little body, as un-ale-like as an ale can get, but I can get, and basically respect, what they are getting at. This is their "girl’s beer". Fruity, but not hoppy. Passably enjoyable.

Not terrible, but refreshing, a good spring time beer. At least it is balanced and you can taste the fruit, and it is really showcased in this one. Just a little crisp and tart in the finish. jcwattsrugger (12420) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - NOV 13, 2007
Centralia/Olympic Club WA-on tap-pours an off white head and copper color. (the place was really dark) Aroma is faint raspberry, fruit. Taste is raspberry/fruit, seltzer, musty wheat. kramer (6682) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 14, 2013
Tap. Pours a cloudy reddish gold body with a minimal fizzy white head that faded quickly to a thin ring. The nose is full of raspberry sweetness and a pale doughy malt base. The flavor is rather sweet with a raspberry extract finish and some light doughy malt. Medium bodied and a touch sticky with fizzy soft carbonation. Pretty bland and predictable.

Looked a lot like grapefruit juice. Light texture. Light, bready and doughy malts; yeasty; very "wheat-like" flavors. Light raspberry flavors and esters; glad to see the raspberry infusion wasn't overdone. Mild sweetness was cleaned away by the lively carbonation. Dry finish. With every sip, it felt like I wasn't getting anywhere. MiP (15667) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JUN 10, 2005
Bottle. Quite fruity raspberry aroma. Cloudy orange colour, small white head. Fruity flavour with a hint of raspberry, a little watery. The aftertaste is also very raspberryish. I guess the berry flavour is well done, but it does not do much for me. This needs to be mixed with Terminator Stout to be very enjoyable. You know, I’ve never been much of a fruit beer fan so I already had low expectations. For a fruit beer this guy was pretty decent, mainly because the fruit flavor wasn’t very strong. I could still taste the beer beneath it which was a pretty decent beer. anders37 (26605) - Malmö, SWEDEN - JAN 23, 2007
Draught @ Lighthouse Brewpub, Lincoln City, OR. June 2005. Pours a slightly hazy orange/amber colour with a small white head. Fruity aroma with lots of raspberries. Sweet malty and thin flavor with hints of raspberry. Fruity finish. risingsunzpr (8) - Oregon, USA - JUN 10, 2009 does not count
I am quite fond of Mcmenamins brew this ruby ale with some monstrous rasberry flavor did however dissapoint. I have had several reasberry brews and did not care for most, this was no exception. Mcmenamins does beer far better than the impression this brew leaves. Rasberry leaves that is, I suggest you all leave this one alone and grab a Terminator.
