Smells of raspberry and tastes like raspberry too! Slightly too fizzy, but nicely refreshing. (K)

Salem, Or - on tap at McMenamins Thompson Brewery and Public House. Slight haze to the light copper pour, slight off white head. Aroma of raspberry tang, some earthy essence. Nice fruitiness, light sourness, raspberry makes its presence known, some melon rind in the back end. Crisp mouthfeel.

On draft. Light salmon-pink color. The raspberries come through on the aroma and definitely on the palette. A pleasant drink and fit for the hot days of summer.

Cloudy golden amber color with a thin head. Very fruity aroma and flavor. The sweetness is startling at first, but it is well balanced. My only complaint is that the raspberry flavor overpowers any other malt or yeast flavors, but it doesnt matter. This is still a pleasant ale all around.

On tap at Oak Hills A: Cloudy cream color with a thin white head. N: Raspberry, corn, cracker, vegetal, minerality, grass. T: Lightly sweet and lightly tart. M: Light body, no alcohol, prickly carbonation. O: Nothng to this. Less a Portland classic and more of an avoid because its not worth it.
