A very good, strong tasting Stout. McMenamins does a very fine job with every style they brew.

Dark brown, tan head. Roasty, clean, full-bodied, touch of caramel with a graininess that dries out the finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

One finger of tan head with a dark brown body. The smell is a strong roasted malt. Taste is roasted malt and burnt coffee. A bit bold and one sided. Fizzy texture but only moderate carbonation with medium body. Overall itís nice, but bold flavor profile.

Really unoffensive, but so normal. So basic. Like a thick albiet fresh coffee. A bit tart. I prefer it less so. Regardless, the beer to recommend.

Pint at the Kennedy School Boiler Room. Itís pitch black and doesnít let any light through the glass. It has the traditional stout flavors of nuts and coffee. There was practically no discernible aroma, but that may have been the result of the tap pour. Overall this was a satisfying beer and Iíd like to try more from McMenaminís.

Black pour, moderate head. Aroma is mildly roasted. Flavor is also mildly roasty, but with hints of fruit. A decent stout.

Draught at Market St. Somewhat hoppy noseócascade citrus, chocolate, berry. Nice. Shiny black with lace. Flavor of citrus hops, coffee, chocolate. A bit of band-aid that faded through the taster. Decent, especially after time.

Looks like a stout. Smells like a stout. Tastes like a stout. Not bad at all but there are much more interesting options out there than this generic offering.

clean and rich not too heavy but really good stuff... coffee and choco stout is beautiful...toasty and malty, easy drinking for a dark deep stout, blakc and yummy...great stuff I could drink it all day
