Bottle. Copper pour with thick off white head. Sweet, floral, bread, cake, herb. Too sweet for me on the nose. Some bitterness at the end but not enough to balance the sweetness. One dimensional. More depth would be much nicer. Hard to finish the whole bottle...
Draft at the brewery bar. Pours clear gold with a creamy white head. The nose has some dusty pine, berries, vague citrus fruits. Medium sweet flavor with crackery pale malts, light grassy bitterness, hints of citrus, leaves. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly resinous on the finish, some further crackers, hay, rind. Not great. kayres (883) - , Georgia, USA - JUL 13, 2015
Cloudy orAnge with a thick white head. Malty aroma. Smooth full bodied bready. Hint of hops

This was poured into a nonic pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy glossed over orange color with a slim one finger white foamy head that dissipated decently in a nice way. Lacing was decently stringy and messy.
The smell started off with a decent earthy to semi-grassy sweet hops running into a sly caramel backbone.
The taste pretty much copied the smell and had a decent sweet malty backbone leading to the semi-earthy and becoming slightly citrus (and English-esque) in the aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionability about it. Carbonation is sly and carries the harshness just enough but stays back to allow the bitterness to take the lead.
Overall, good as an English IPA, is that what its supposed to be????, Iím not sure.... malrubius (2859) - Springfield, Vermont, USA - DEC 12, 2014
Can from Meditrina. Orange with head lace and dense with tiny suspended yeasties. Mild orangy aroma with some brown sugar. Medium orangy sweetness with some grassy grains long herbal and orangy bitterness. Medium body. Fairly high internal carbo. Decent enough. jb (3220) - Rochester, New York, USA - OCT 7, 2014
Floral hops in the nose, and very grainy grassy body. Not my favorite IPA in the last decade. Anne liked it. On tap at Tap and Mallet.

Penny orange body with a little haze and a creamy tan head. The aroma is faint herbal hops. Flavor is light honey and floral hop that reminds me of some English kow-key ales. Slight bitterness. Flavor is pretty watery. Well balanced body at least. Itís fine. RyanK (275) - Rhode Island, USA - SEP 26, 2014
12oz can Best buy date 12/13 so fresh as well. Lighter orange color, white head frothy and slow to dissipate, plenty of carbonation and appears unfiltered. Very weak aroma I can kind of pick up some pine hops. Taste like regular beer more than anything, malt dominates the hops which really donít bring a lot of bitterness. So English malt heavy with tastes more skunky and alcoholish than normal. Dissappointed AdamChandler (4977) - Enfield, New Hampshire, USA - JUN 7, 2014
Dark yellow no nose. Estherís and creamy yogurt. A touch of banana with a woody pine needle and clove finish Imaena (2315) - Maputo, MOZAMBIQUE - NOV 11, 2013
Bottle. This did not strike as something worth trying again. A pretty basic IPA with off hop flavors. DiarmaidBHK (4797) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 9, 2013
Cask at Brewpub. Pours orange with a thin white head that leaves a lot of lacing. Definitly less hoppy and less interesting than the ESB. Not a lot on the nose. Has some fruitiness on the tongue. Finishes clean with no bitterness. Eh.
