COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed for McSorleys Ale House, the oldest continuously operating pub in New York City. We brew McSorleys Ale with carefully malted barley and European style hops to create a light-bodied, aromatic, Irish-style specialty ale. Craft-brewed with the same care and attention to detail that has made McSorleys a regional favorite since John McSorleys 1854 arrival in the United States.

UPDATED: NOV 5, 2016 On tap. Clear amber with a creamy long lasting head. Acidic malty aroma of commercial ale. Taste is fully malty, no carbonation, medium bitter, some notes of caramel. Ok with a burger.

Pours a clear light orange. A watered down and very faint grain aroma. A pilsner like taste full of grains and some malts. Lingering dry grain aftertaste. Very simple beer.

Tan pour, quick head.. Malt nose. Sweet. Middle is light caramel malt. smooth but unassuming finish. Good with conversation, weak on its own.

From the bar. Yellow orange. Foamy. Some grains. Nothing special here. Designed in bulk.

A la pression. Bire blonde trouble, facile boire. Une pointe damertume, un peu de houblon mais une rondeur globale plutt agrable. La boire au Mc Sorleys NYC lui donne tout son intrt.

Brings back good memories of hanging in NYC when underage. Love this place if only for the memories of a wild night. Motto of this place, if you arent drinking, you need to give up your seat and leave. Dont remember much about the beer.

brings back memories of 2007 and 2008. Certainly not very tasty but not bad either, very good for a really really drunk session as the dive of a bar macsorleys is. Does down easily in a pub where the beer is not really the best thing about it
