Hopistotle420 (1178) - Amherst, Massachusetts, USA - JUL 18, 2003
Faint metallic light grain nose. Small, quickly dissipating head. Clear amber hue. Light caramel accents...very thin bodied, not much flavor. Blah...

Nice amber color with no head. Aroma is faint. Taste is average. There really isn't much to say. Good party beer.

Has a very nice dark gold color, but this beer is terribly average in all other departments. On the watery side. Malt and hops are downplayed here in favor of the chuggability factor.

Rockinout (966) - Kent, Ohio, USA - MAR 2, 2003
Copper color, stale malty taste that jumps out at you. No hops seem present to balance it.

Drew (2411) - Kent, Ohio, USA - MAR 1, 2003
The nice orange copper color led me to believe that this would have some body to it - not so. Very thin and watery, carbonation is the second noticed thing, then thirdly, a thin caramel along the sides of the tongue.

Dickinsonbeer (5074) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - JAN 18, 2003
Copper colored with small head which doesn't last long. Tasted and looked a lot like yuengling lager. SOme metallic flavors are noticed as well. Not very good.

VENOM (941) - Connecticut, USA - DEC 16, 2002
Clear dark gold. Thin, dense white foam. Slight carbonation. Weak, mushy malt aroma, sweet hints. Bland, artificially sweet and loaded with wet paper notes. Medium light body. Not very crisp or clean for a Lager. Oppressively falsified flavors. Mild bitterness. Zero hop aroma and flavor. Finishes sticky and just...oh why bother. Totally vapid.

YogiBeera (2569) - New Jersey, USA - DEC 5, 2002
It is not the beer why I always love to go to Mc Sorley’s in NYC it is the atmosphere. The rudeness of the waiters who don’t like it, if you just sit around, the saw dust on the floor, for the pukers, the rent of 1 $ for an ash try and so on, just a great place! Lemony fruity nose, also taste with hops. Amber color with a frothy head. Watery and thin.
