Attack: lively crisp, bright acidity
Mid-palate: (lvl-2-sweetness), tangy-tart green apple, mild honey
Finish: blackberry, burpy, dry tart
Summary: This has a very generous, fizzy-bright entry that is very welcoming to the palate. The alcohol is stealth-like and compounds like interest with every sip. Moderate berry notes with honey providing a decent backdrop. The body at the finish could be bolder.

[ Courtesy of fiulijn ]. Clear light white yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate honey, apple notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long duration, honey, grape notes, apple notes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat to lively.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a hazy pale yellow with no head. Rather messy aroma, tart/sweet/buttery. Medium body, heavily sparkling. Only discreet honey notes, spices and some tartness. Not really overly pleasant. 200412

Pale blond color. Delicate aroma of honey and white flowers (jasmin flowers, orange flowers…). Semi-dry mouthfeel; not much character, there is some bitterness typical in honey mead highly fermented, carbonated.
Difficult, not my kind.
